Heaven is not here

Should is where it begins, and starts it’s slow and seductive slide.

I’m not talking about my lover. I’m talking to the rest.

The observers. Stalkers. Nay sayers. Obsolete majority.

Those with no ideas. No solutions.
And sure as hell – no compassion and obligation of service to the tormented human condition.

Family, neighbors,
Employers and peers.

Leaders. Not even close.
Change agents. So few, but treasured.

An acceptance that must be stomached.
Gently.

Because the alternative is – absolute.

My heaven – begins with our acceptance.

Hell isn’t something you can elude.

It’s an exit and destination you fight to avoid.

A divine destination, heaven it is.
